Authentic General George Pickett Civil War Date Autograph Letter Wife Signed COA

Very rare autograph signed "George" to his 3rd wife Sallie Corbell whom he married 2 months after the battle of Gettysburg. Partially legible portions discuss a recent battle and plans to have Sallie come to meet him. Letter is 2 sided with crude tape repairs on both, heavy creases and stains. Very dry brittle paper with a small flake missing at the base of the G in "George" likely from removal of the tape.
