There are stains on the front of pants & bottom of jacket, I only noticed stains when I took pictures. Not sure if hat is original to costume. Pants have button waist, metal zipper. Measures: Pants: 32 in waist, 30 in inseam.

Jacket: 19 in across front from armpit to armpit, 36 in length from shoulder to bottom hem.
