Up for sale is a rare CDV image of Brigade General and Pennsylvania Politician James Cooper. When the outbreak of the Civil War started, Cooper raised and took command of a Brigade of volunteers in Maryland. While in the field, he fell ill and would later be placed as Commandant at Camp Chase, Ohio where he would end up dying.
