An Original Civil War Letter with cover from a 2nd Vermont Soldier, Ronald Folsem, Camp 2nd VT, dated April 21, 1864 to his sister, - he has received her photographs she is apparently pretty as every "every hog in the company wants one", please send him one dozen more. He also mentions sending her his pictures and asks for more images to fill his album. He reports here is nothing new here since his last letter except that the men have been reviewed by General Grant the day before and'he is a very good looking man. He finishes the letter in haste as it is getting late and signs "Yours ever Ronald".

Comes with it's postal cover addressed to Miss E. Folsom 22 Vandam Street, NY City, and has the cancelled stamp and postmark. The Cover is in VG condition as well.
