1884 ANTIQUE HENRY M HOYT LETTER CIVIL WAR UNION GENERAL PENNSYLVANIA GOVERNOR. Date Phila Jun 11, 1884.
Written and signed by former Civil War General and Pennsylvania Governor Henry M Hoyt to My Dear Piollet. 1 sided letter, creased in 6ths for mailing, some ink smudges and light soiling. Light edge and corner wear. It measures 5 3/4" x 9 1/8".
Difficult to read, it appears to be a response letter and references meeting in Wilkes Barre. A nice find, found among early Ogdensburg NY ephemera.
Failure to read full description may result in delays and misunderstandings. I do not set rates and can't afford to absorb these costs, being a small operation.
