Here's an antique Brass or Bronze Relief Sculpture of Civil War General McClellan. It's most likely brass. It measures 10" tall X 9" wide. It has one mounting hole.

The original was sculpted by John Quincy Adams Ward after a painting by F O C Darley and may have been a campaign piece from his failed run against Lincoln in 1864.
