Rare Museum Quality Civil War Hankerchief, Confederate Generals, Our Heroes

  

Offered is an extremely rare civil war era Confederate textile. It is an authentic linen hankerchief featuring three. The title is Our heroes and our flags. Research shows that printed Confederate textiles such as these were rare because the textile printing industry and mills were located in the north. Handkerchiefs such as these were produced early in the war in England for a commission.

The hankerchief is approximately 18" square, and the frame is just under 22.5" square. No rips, folds, tears, or fraying, but as you can see, there are a few random brown spots. Please see all photos to judge condition for yourself and ask if you have any questions or need additional pictures.
