LT Barstow served 3 years with the 24th Mass Infantry, dying of disease at New Berne, May, 1864. Edge wear, cuts, age stains, tears, aid free archival repair to folds and edges. My resources do not show whether Hospital Steward was a captive at Andersonville or another location.
