Front page says'Prepared Under the Direction of The Meade Memorial Commission of Pennsylvania' October, 1927. Book is in good condition with normal wear for its age. One tear on page 26-27. Binding and all pages are intact.

Some discoloration on inside cover and back cover. Book measures approximately 5.75" by 9" inches. And his conception and inspiration for the Meade Memorial which was first commissioned in June of 1911 and was dedicated in October of 1927.
